I am an enthusiastic, problem-solving, team-minded Data Off-road with an eager interest in the Data & AI sector. Currently, I am working within the Bluetab, an IBM company. Furthermore, I am currently collaborating as an Associate Professor within the Master's Degree in Data Analysis and Disclosure at CEU San Pablo University. Former student of the Data Science Programme at EIT Digital Master School.

I have experience working in consulting for more than 7 years in the areas of Cloud & Data Architecture and Artificial Intelligence. I am particularly interested in Cloud Architecting and Data Science. I am looking to progress at a fast pace in my career and my passion lies in learning about the latest technologies, taking on new challenges and meeting new people.

Data Architect

Bluetab, an IBM company

At Bluetab, an IBM company, as a Data Architect, I lead the architecture and management of data in the cloud, optimizing infrastructure and improving operational efficiency.

My main responsibilities include designing and implementing data architectures in Google and Azure, as well as automating and improving data pipelines with DevOps practices. I develop and optimize data pipelines using Apache Spark, and centralize data in a Data Lake for real-time analytics.

I collaborate in the development and deployment of machine learning models, using TensorFlow and Scikit-learn to optimize predictive models. I implement data governance and quality control policies, as well as develop data masking and anonymization strategies. I supervise and mentor data engineers, conducting internal training on new technologies. I work closely with business teams to understand their needs and design effective solutions, and participate in strategic meetings to align data initiatives with business objectives.

Member of the Monitoring & Artificial Intelligence division focusing on the development of multi-sensor data fusion based models for metallic additive manufacturing process monitoring , being this work my Master Thesis project.

The study was developed in Python, using Tensorflow for the Artificial Neural Network implementation. I also faced the use of Javascript using HTML to develop a data ingestion tool for posterior machine learning problems.

Member of the group Accenture Technology Financial Services focusing on the development of renewal of the old financial system, I was also collaborating in the reports generation and KPIs Reports.

All adaptations were made in COBOL, using Job Control Language (JCL) for later execution within the system. I also faced the use of the z/OS operating system using Endevor as a source code management and version management tool.

EIT Digital Master School

The EIT Digital Double Master's Programme on Data Science is an interdisciplinary programme which consists of a technical competence base of Data Science (60 ECTS), a Minor in Innovation & Entrepreneurship (30 ECTS) and a master's thesis project (30 ECTS).

During programme, I'm enrolled at universities in two different countries. The first year at Technical University of Madrid (Spain) and the second year at University Paris-Saclay (France), performing this last year a Natural Language Processing Specialization.

My Master Thesis topic was based on the Development of Multi-Sensor Data Fusion based models for Metallic Additive Manufacturing process monitoring. Due to the EIT Digital Master requirements, the Master Thesis was done within the Internship. Link to the Master Thesis

Due to the EIT Digital Double Master's Programme, I was a second-year student of the MSc in Artificial Intelligence at Université Paris-Saclay, as it was my exit year. This second-year offers an expanded choice of options, covering ethical aspects and other topics such as starting a company.

My specialization was on Natural Language Processing, performing courses such as Voice Recognition and Automatic Language Processing, Multilingual NLP or Deep Learning for NLP. Even so, I also performed courses about other Artificial Intelligence fields such as Deep Probabilistic Generative Models, Learning theory and Advanced ML or Image Understanding.

During my Bachelor's Degree, I learned the basics intermediates in all fields of Computer Science. As my Bachelor was focused on Software, I also had courses which represents all the necessary phases to create a complete software, i.e. from the architecture design to the validation and verification. Furthermore, I got graduated with honors in the course Project and Risk Management.

The topic of my Bachelor Thesis was Big Data Services for Smart Cities, focusing on the concept of Mobile Crowdsensing. With the realization of a Proof of Concept (PoC) I demonstrated the potential of such a service for both the citizen and the city government bodies. We started this project with great enthusiasm in 2015. We offer a Christian alternative, a group lifestyle, and a formation in the values of faith and solidarity. And all this through great activities and lots of fun, of course. Senda covers the four courses ranging from 12 to 16 years old.
